I am on level 38 and can tell you that most people I know (including me) when finished 30 or 40, started to do sports - they were unshaped nerds previously. So it is pretty funny that I wasnt able running in school, now I am doing 20km daily, I was looking like potato, now I am lifting 140kg, all my pains are gone away and I feel young and fit first time in my life.
