Đặt một nồi nước khác lên bếp, đổ đường, đậu đỏ và chút muối vào đun sôi thì tắt bếp. Chú ý đảo đều tay để đậu đỏ không vón cục trong quá trình nấu. Múc nước đậu đỏ ra bát, thả 2-3 miếng bánh bí đỏ vào và ăn nóng.
Chè đậu đỏ là món ăn ngon, bổ dưỡng và được nhiều người ưa chuộng. Món chè đậu đỏ sẽ càng trở nên hấp dẫn hơn nếu được bổ sung thêm những miếng bánh bí đỏ mềm và dẻo, vàng ươm bên trong.
