Cà rốt, bạc hà, hành tây, dưa leo, rửa sạch. Dưa leo để nguyên vỏ, bổ làm đôi, bỏ hạt cắt lát xéo. Hành tây cắt lát. Cà rốt cạo vỏ, cắt lát xéo. Bạc hà tước bỏ xơ, cắt lát vừa ăn.
Đun nóng dầu ăn, phi tỏi băm thơm, cho tôm vào xào chín, nêm vào 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối đảo đều.
Múc tôm ra chén để riêng, cho cà rốt vào xào chín, rưới vào 1/2 muỗng cà phê dầu hào. Cà rốt sau khi chín thì cho hành tây, dưa leo, bạc hà vào xào nhanh tay lửa lớn, nêm hạt nêm, bột ngọt.
Cho chén tôm vào đảo cùng, nêm gia vị vừa ăn, tắt bếp. Múc tôm xào rau củ ra đĩa, rắc thêm 1 ít tiêu lên trên mặt.
