A truly great book!
Willie Nelson and his sister, Bobbie, have written a book that really takes the reader right into the lap of their family. As with Willie's other book, "A Long Story", I was totally captivated by the story and them telling about their lives. They both clearly articulate the intricasies of the events in their lives, and the deep emotions they feel. They have both had incredibly full lives, which I think most people can relate to on many levels. I'm still blown away by everything that has happened in their lives. Simply amazing. And the music... oh my gosh...the music....This book shares Willie's and Bobbie's love from their hearts. It is an astounding and profoundly moving book.

I really enjoyed how it bpunced back and forth from ones prospectove to the other. I really enjoyed their book and appreciated every word.
A story of love faith triumph and forgiveness
I have to say I have a whole new appreciation for Willie Nelson. This book shows two people raised with love and faith. Some of the songs he wrote are my favorites. Bobbie is a inspiration to anyone who lives a life. Together they are a gift of love, faith, and the power of forgiveness.
Interesting Life Story
I enjoyed reading and was moved by all the hardship and heartache Bobbie has endured. I related to so much and feel this is a truly honest account of a beautiful women and gifted musician. Hope I can be as strong at 90 as she still is. Love Willie too and his personal input added so much. Hope they both make it to at least 100. We need more folks like the Nelsons in this world today.
Very Good
I am a fan of Wiilie Nelson and I have read some of his other books. After I saw Willie and Bobbie in concert I wondered about their history. This book answered those questions. I really enjoyed the flow of the writing. Good read. Well done.

Superb book.
I never knew Willie's story and the tender relationship between him and his sister Bobbie. Humble yet sad beginning and an incredible journey they endured in life. Sweet story, easy reading and I especially like the format of Willie writing then Bobbie telling her story. You will love this book.

Easy to read and if enjoy reading it can be read quickly.
I have always liked Willie Nelson. This was a warm written book about Willie and sister Bobbie. A Willie Nelson fan will enjoy the background of their life. I liked the way it was printed. Willie wrote 2-3 pages and Nobbie would write 2-3 pages.

I really enjoyed reading this book! It is truly a great story of a brother and sister who have been very successful in spite of facing many obstacles in their lives, and through it all they have always been there for each other!
